The Bye-laws of our SMLRRWA were got approved by the members of our welfare association in the General Body (GB) Meeting held on 27-8-2017.
As per the
provisions (para 15) of our bye-laws "The
tenure of first Executive Committee, which is an Ad-hoc in nature, shall be for
a maximum period of Two years from the date of Registration of the Association
or till the duly elected Executive Committee by the Members taking over the
management, whichever is earlier".
The General Body of Sri Mahalakshmi
Residency Residents’ Welfare Association (SMLRRWA), in its G B Meeting held on
22-04-2018, unanimously decided to conduct
elections before the end of June, 2018 for its Executive Committee for a further
period of two years.
Sri Ch. Prasanna Kumar (E-204) was elected unanimously by the G B as Election
Officer for conducting the said elections. The G B also unanimously decided
that Sri R. Suresh (A-403) will assist in conducting the elections.
The Election Officer conducted the elections and
declared ELECTED BODY.
