With a view to providing information to the general members, the following details are provided herewith.

Those members, who would like to transfer monthly maintenance charges/membership fee or any other payment related to SMLRRWA to the above bank account online,  can do so. 

However,  after transferring the amount please intimate the following details  to email of the SMLRRWA  (smlrrwa@gmail.com), for reconciliation purpose .

•  Name of the member
• Block no. & Flat no.
• Date & Amount transferred 
• Purpose for which the amount was transferred. 
• Transaction number generated at the time of online transfer. 

2.   An appeal to the owners of Sri Mahalakshmi Residency(SMLR)

This is an appeal to all those owners, who took possession of their flats and let out.

In the recent past we have been witnessing news items in print/electronic media about anti social people taking apartments on rental basis and subsequently being caught.

The Police directed all the owners of flats or individual houses to check the credentials of the prospective tenants and obtain copies of documentary evidence such as AADHAR card or  Identity card issued by respective employers or driving license,etc, before letting out their houses/flats.

In this background, all the owners of SMLR,who let out their flats in SMLR, are hereby requested to obtain copies of documentary evidence from their tenants, and furnish the same to the SMLRRWA for record and producing the same to the Police, in case of necessity.

All are requested to cooperate.

3.    Monthly maintenance charges at SMLR

A  request the owners,  who either moved in to SMLR or let out their flat,  to

A)  pay/arrange to pay (in the case of letting out of flat) respective block incharges a monthly maintenance charges of Rs. 1000 covering charges towards (i) providing security,  garbage lifting, (ii) arranging cleaning of 2 sumps and overhead tanks at regular intervals

B)    take membership in the SMLRRWA by paying Rs.500 and providing requisite documentation.
